We hope you are happy with your not just a shop purchase. If however, you have changed your mind, products purchased online or in-store can be refunded or exchanged, provided they are returned to us with proof of purchase within 28 days of the purchase date.

Our Refund Policy

Products purchased from not just a shop can be refunded or exchanged, provided they are returned to us with proof of purchase within 28 days of the purchase date.  

Items to be refunded must be accompanied by the original receipt and should be:

  • Unused and in the original packaging
  • In a saleable condition

Customised products and gift vouchers are final sale and cannot be returned. Earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Please contact us before ordering if you are unsure. Return of these products will only be accepted if the item is faulty. If the fault can be repaired by us, or the item replaced, a refund will not be authorised. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Refunding products purchased in store

Please return products to us in person at our premises: not just a shop, 272 High Holborn London WC1V 7EY. Current opening times are available on the visit us page of this website.

  • We will endeavour to make the reimbursement by the same means as you used to pay.
  • You can exchange your purchase if there is something else you wish to buy in store.
  • If you prefer, you can request a credit note to use to make a purchase at a later date.
  • Refunds will be paid in GBP and we will not be responsible for any losses you suffer as a result of currency exchange fluctuations or exchanges.

Refunding products purchased online

You can return products to us by post, or in person at our premises: not just a shop, 272 High Holborn London WC1V 7EY. Current opening times are available on our visit us page.

  • If you return products in person to our store we will not be able to provide you with cash or issue you a refund through the till system. We will instead process your refund and reimburse you through our website.
  • We will endeavour to make the reimbursement by the same means as you used to pay. This includes refunding payments made via online gift cards.
  • We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than 14 days after the day we receive the product(s) back from you.
  • Postage costs will not be refunded unless the order that you receive is incorrect or faulty in which case we will pay the costs of return.
  • Refunds will be paid in GBP and we will not be responsible for any losses you suffer as a result of currency exchange fluctuations or exchanges.
