Customer Refund Policy
We have extended our refund policy for products purchased from 1 December 2018 to 18 January 2018.
Products purchased from not just a shop can be returned for a refund or exchanged within 28 days of the purchase.
Items to be refunded must be accompanied by the original till receipt and should be:
- Unused and in the original packaging
- In a saleable condition
If you need to return an item without a receipt – and the item meets the criteria outlined above – we will provide you with a credit note. Credit notes can be exchanged for goods in-store within 60 days. Credit notes must be used in full in one transaction; no change will be provided but you can put it towards a more expensive purchase.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
