We’re turning one!

Don’t miss free treats in store and a special 20% off on Thursday 27th September to celebrate our first birthday. Join us at 272 High Holborn, WC1V 7EY any time between 11am and 7pm!

We’re hosting a range of creative workshops at not just a shop in celebration of this year’s London Design Festival (15-23 September).
Events will be led by our designer-makers and will take place at not just a shop, University of the Arts London, 272 High Holborn, London WC1V 7EY. Booking is essential.

This practical workshop will teach you how the human sense of smell works and how fragrance affects our mood and emotions. You will learn about the different fragrance families – including what top, middle and base notes are – before using your newly found skills to blend your own unique scent out of essential oils and create your candle.

Each participant will create their own 180ml natural soy wax candle to take home.

This workshop will last for 1.5 hours and will be hosted by Lucy Heale, Founder of the The London Refinery.

Due to the use of hot materials and essential oils, this workshop is not suitable for those under 16 or pregnant women.
