Pack of 6 Christmas cards featuring A Walk in December, designed by Catarina Morais as part of our annual Tate Christmas card commission and competition, held in collaboration with PCA and UAL colleges.
Catarina created her a digital piece to explores the sense of community and compassion felt during the Holiday season, explaining that ‘Winter brings a combination of an icy, cold breeze and the warm embrace of those we love the most.’ Through its composition and limited colour palette, and, by bringing people together in the snow-filled scene, Catarina hopes that her card design will deliver a feeling of unity to its recipients.
The cards read ‘Season’s Greetings’ inside. Each card measures 17.2 x 12 cm, and the 6 pack is packaged in an FSC certified paper box.
