‘New Observations of the History of Bees’ 2022 by Andrea Abbatangelo. Andrea is a final year postgraduate student at Central Saint Martins, studying MA Fine Art Digital.
“New Observations on the History of Bees” is a multidisciplinary research based on social engagement within the natural sciences. The topic of this investigation is the impact of chemicals in the public space, focusing on pesticides and bee colonies. These chemicals are neuro-active and linked with the loss of memory, smell and sense of direction in bees and other pollinators.

- The proceeds from the sales went towards funding the students final year group projects
