We are pleased to offer a free click and collect service to our customers.

How to choose click and collect

You can select our free click and collect service on your basket page. This is the page prior to the checkout page. Here you will have the option to choose between our standard delivery service and our click and collect service.

The prices of delivery and click and collect will automatically be added to your order total, once you have selected the right option for you.

You can then proceed to the checkout page to complete your purchase.

What happens after checkout

Once you have placed your click and collect order, our team will be notified. They will begin work on processing and preparing your order. Please note, we currently process orders Tuesday – Thursday, when the team are in the office.

If you need an order by a certain date, or you are unsure about when you will be able to collect, please contact us via email with any questions or concerns.

You will receive an email from notjustashop@arts.ac.uk to notify you when your order is ready to collect. Please look out for this email, and check your junk inbox if this does not appear within 5 working days. We aim to have all orders ready for collection within 3 business days.

We will send the collection email to the email address supplied at checkout. Please make sure to double check that you have inputted the correct address, and please notify us as soon as possible if the email address is incorrect.

If you have not heard from us regarding collecting your order, please send us an email notjustashop@arts.ac.uk and we will investigate your order as soon as possible.

Where to collect

Orders can be collected from inside not just a shop during opening hours. Please ask a member of the shop team to help you retrieve your order.

You can also collect your order outside of shop hours, by asking at the UAL reception, located next door to the shop (via the revolving doors). The reception team will happily assist you in collecting your order. The address is 272 High Holborn, London, WC1V 7EY.

When to collect

You can collect from 8am-7pm Monday to Friday. Unfortunately the building is closed at the weekend.

We please ask that all orders are collected within two weeks on receipt of a collection email. We will provide a last collection date within the collection email and also send a reminder a few days prior to the deadline.

Please contact us if you are unable to collect your order within the timeframe and we can arrange with you a suitable collection date or explore shipping options.

Uncollected orders

If we have not heard from you and your order has not been collected by the deadline, we will refund 95% of the full amount of your order to your payment card. This also applies if we agree a new deadline, and you fail to collect your order.

This will be processed one week after the collection deadline has passed, to allow for associated admin and processing costs. Please note, if you paid via gift voucher, we will refund 95% of the full amount of your order to your gift card.
