‘Particular, gemstone from the ‘Regalia’ jewellery collection’ 2023 by Francesca Altomonte. Francesca is a final year postgraduate student at Central Saint Martins, studying MA Fine Art.

Artist description of work: “The gemstone is a particular from the jewellery collection I am working on, untitled ‘Regalia’. The mineral design is inspired by the ‘Moss Agate’, but not particular images of reference have been used for this gemstone realisation. Although it is a meticulous work, the internal design of the mineral comes from a not premeditated creative spontaneity and despite belonging to a bigger project, can be considered an artistic work in its uniqueness and wholeness”

• CSM XMAS Grotto fundraising print sale ran in December 2023. Proceeds went towards supporting the students final degree show
• Now the fundraising sale has ended, remaining print sales will be given back to the MA Art Programmes at CSM who will use the funds to support future students
