‘Empyrean Blue’ 2023 by Silvina Maestro. Silvina is a final year postgraduate student at Central Saint Martins, studying MA Art & Science.

Artist description of work: “Empyrean Blue is part of a series inspired by black holes and hypersurfaces in General Relativity. I use an image of one of my 3D metal black hole sculptures and use it to sculpt in 2D, then print and add volume through clear embossing texture.”

• CSM XMAS Grotto fundraising print sale ran in December 2023. Proceeds went towards supporting the students final degree show
• Now the fundraising sale has ended, remaining print sales will be given back to the MA Art Programmes at CSM who will use the funds to support future students
• Each A3 print is £50
