‘…they find you’ A3 Print by j.b.e. mclean. j.b.e. mclean is a final year student at Central Saint Martins, studying MA Contemporary Photography; Practices and Philosophies.

Artist description of work: ‘You cannot seek hagstones… They find you. Holed flints, or hagstones, are protection charms said to expose reality if you peer through the hole. This giclée limited print edition of an original hand-made cyanotypes (or ‘blueprint’) uses a collection of hagstones that found me during 5 years of research within the fall-out zone of Sizewell C nuclear power station in Suffolk.’
