‘The eternal moon, folding into its own shadow’ A3 Print by Lauren Thompson. Lauren Thompson is a final year student at Central Saint Martins, studying MA Contemporary Photography; Practices and Philosophies.

Artist description of work: ‘A moving image self-portrait projected onto folded fabric and re-photographed. The face becomes terrain – light caught in creases, memory bent by surface. Like the moon reflecting its own borrowed glow, the image folds into shadow, collapsing and returning in the same breath.’
