Description
‘The Ink Mountain, Qinghai Heidu’ A3 Print by Ruilin Li. Ruilin Li is a final year student at Central Saint Martins, studying MA Contemporary Photography; Practices and Philosophies.
Artist description of work: ‘A silver-grain photograph captured in the Black Mountains of Qinghai, where the desert rolls in quiet, breath-like waves against the distant peaks. The landscape unfolds like a living Chinese painting — strokes of shadow and light drawn by wind, time, and silence itself. Here, desolation is not emptiness but a subtle pulse; a slow, ancient rhythm carried across the dunes, where the boundary between earth and sky dissolves into a measured stillness.’
- All prints are priced at £50 and are limited edition works from students across Central Saint Martins Art Programme, including MA Fine Art, MA Fine Art Digital, MA Art & Science, and MA Contemporary Photography.
- 100% of proceeds directly support the artists’ end-of-year group projects.
