‘The Gift’ A3 Print by Tomisin Animashaun. Tomisin Animashaun is a final year student at Central Saint Martins, studying MA Contemporary Photography; Practices and Philosophies.

Artist description of work: ‘Drawing on Marcel Mauss’ theory of the gift as both promise and obligation, I take inspiration from classic vintage playboy aesthetics to reflect on the notion of femininity as a gift given, which in turns demands a bodily return. ‘

• All prints are priced at £50 and are limited edition works from students across Central Saint Martins Art Programme, including MA Fine Art, MA Fine Art Digital, MA Art & Science, and MA Contemporary Photography.
• 100% of proceeds directly support the artists’ end-of-year group projects.
