Tropel Kids is a childrenswear brand rooted in joyful creativity, ethical craftsmanship and enduring quality. Founded by Ana, a furniture designer and mum of two, the brand blends sculptural shapes with soft, practical fabrics.  

With a focus on sustainability, their garments are made by a family-run all women team in Leicester, operated by two sisters and their mum, and use only natural fabrics (100% cotton) predominantly milled in the UK, resulting in less waste, lower impact, and better quality all around.  

“At Tropel Kids, we make clothes that kids actually want to wear — and that grownups can feel good about buying. No beige basics. No fast fashion. Just joyful, well-made gear for small people with big personalities. We believe kids should feel good in what they wear, and that clothes should last long enough to be passed down. Our designs are bright, roomy, and built for real life — whether that’s climbing a tree, rolling on the floor, or dressing up for dinner on a Tuesday, just because.”

KOVA is a collaborative lab infused with the concept of the “mobile cabinet”, striving to curate dynamic creative expressions through wearable mediums. Founded by Liz Zhu Shichun, KOVA revolves around the current discourses on urban life with humorous design language and circular economy perspectives; it seeks to bridge the gap between audiences and creators by offering more accessible art productions and events. 

“What makes our business truly special is our deeply collaborative spirit and commitment to fostering meaningful interpersonal connections. We work with people from diverse backgrounds—each bringing their own unique perspectives and disciplines to the table. Our work spans both conceptual and practical innovation, and our medium is fluid: from exhibitions and publications to alternative wearable pieces and beyond. This multidisciplinary approach allows us to tell stories and spark dialogue in unexpected and engaging ways.”
