Amel Mire is a Product Design graduate from Central Saint Martins. Her preferred mediums are watercolour and coloured pencil. Natural forms and architecture are common influences in her work.
The inspiration for her HOME project design came from stained glass windows and the role they, along with light, have in creating a welcoming home. The design was painted using gouache to achieve bright colours and variation in texture and tone. It also includes elements that allude to the different personalities that might inhabit the homes associated with each window.
