Artist’s Description:

“have u seen her? is composed of four self-portraits from a series examining performance and commodification of the self in relation to work and the body. These self-portraits were taken on an iPhone, printed, photocopied, scanned, printed again, cut or torn, taped to paper, scanned and printed again; this replication results in imagery of a simultaneously visible and illusory body upon which varied assumptions of agency or performativity could be projected.”
