Description
From the Tamesis – Reflections on the River Thames project, History Has Many Traces by Junlin Zhang represents the foreshore, mudlarking and traces of the river’s history.
An uplifting design inspired by the archeological treasures found on the River Thames’ beaches. Featuring shell shaped fossils layered on top of sand coloured stripes, Zhang’s design pays homage to the long standing tradition of beach combing along the capital’s main waterway and it’s resulting ancient discoveries.
