Artist’s Description:

“This work explores obsessive-compulsive disorder(OCD) from the perspective of  a non-player character(NPC). NPC is a gaming term that refers to characters not controlled by the player. With a limited number of preprogrammed moves their repetitions cannot be regulated.  Octopus in Manhole blends visual metaphors to create a sense of repetition, control, and depersonalization——a mind locked in repetitive loops.”
