‘Waving Goodbye’ A3 Print by Andrea Arnold. Andrea Arnold is a final year student at Central Saint Martins, studying MA Fine Art.

Artist description of work: ‘People on a quayside waving goodbye to family and friends as they set out on an ocean voyage. The inspiration for this work is a journey on the HMT Windrush, based on a trip I made to Hong Kong in 1951 when I was three years old and the diaspora who made the trip to Britain in 1948. This is a silkscreen print from an original linocut.’
