In Palak’s words: “Whenever I cook, I’m surrounded by a symphony of sounds – the kettle whistling, oil sizzling, water running, vegetables being chopped on the cutting board, cupboard doors opening and closing, and sometimes even the dishwasher humming in the background. It feels like a whole orchestra at work, with every sound blending harmoniously. I wanted to capture that same lively energy in a visual form through my tea towel design; creating something that could make cleaning up feel a little more fun and joyful.”
