Poppy O’Brien is one of eight selected UAL students and graduates who took part in the HOME Live Brief, led by Lecturer in Professional Development Zoe Tynan-Campbell and supported by industry leader 2LG.
Poppy is a London-based visual artist working across painting and sculpture.
“My practice explores colour, light, materiality and space, often drawing inspiration from architecture and the everyday environments around me. I’m interested in how my visual language can move between fine art and design, and in creating work that brings a sense of curiosity and creativity into everyday spaces.”
