Jannat Hussain is a final year postgraduate student at CSM, studying MA Fine Art. “This is a still photographed by Kojo Apeagyei from a performance called ‘A Kneaded Communion’, by Jannat Hussain, featuring Zmaraks. Through the material process of clay, the performers express the bond they share. The performance honours not just the friendship itself, but the labour, growth and nurturing that is required for such a connection to exist.”

The prints that were exhibited in the MERCH sale were all created by final year, postgraduate students, who study the Art Programme at CSM. The proceeds from the remaining print sales go back to not just a shop to support the next generation of new designers.
