‘A moment in time’ by Shivani Mathur. This print is edition number 1 of 10.

Shivani Mathur is a final year postgraduate student at CSM, studying MA Art & Science. “‘A moment in time’ is a still from a generative art I have made starting out with an image of eggshells which dissolve into a cloud of colours – the pattern itself repeats to infinity. The print is symbolic of a moment of time, frozen from the sea of eternity. This work combines a traditional technique of Riso printing with algorithm based generative art that creates the infinite images. The print, an edition of ten, comes with the option to own at no extra cost, an NFT of the video showing eggshells dissolving.”

The prints that were exhibited in the MERCH sale were all created by final year, postgraduate students, who study the Art Programme at CSM. The proceeds from the remaining print sales go back to not just a shop to support the next generation of new designers.
