Laisul Hoque is a final year postgraduate student at CSM, studying MA Contemporary Photography; Practices and Philosophies. “Homogeneity in global capitalism. The print contains photos of salt and sugar. Attached with each print are different purchase receipts of salt and sugar from various global supermarket companies around the area of the artist’s London residence. Each print is unique as it is accompanied by a different receipt. The print you purchase may not have the same receipt as the displayed image.”

The prints that were exhibited in the MERCH sale were all created by final year, postgraduate students, who study the Art Programme at CSM. The proceeds from the remaining print sales go back to not just a shop to support the next generation of new designers.
