Want to shop small this festive season? Head to the not just a shop pop-up at London College of Fashion, UAL. A stone’s throw from Westfield in Stratford east London, the pop-up will sell a selection of unique products created by emerging designers from the world famous University of the Arts London.
With products ranging from the squiggly ceramics of Florence Mytum, the creative candles of Nata Concept Store, and the cult classic jewellery of Tatty Devine, there will be gifts to suit all tastes.
If you fancy getting crafty yourself, there will also be opportunities to try your hand at crafts with some of the shops makers running demos in-store. Why are we ‘not just a shop’?
There’s a reason behind the name, not just a shop isn’t your typical retail outlet, we exist to support students who want to run their own product-based businesses by giving them hands-on experience of working with retailers. Operating a not-for-profit model, we reinvest all proceeds back into our enterprise education offer, providing students and graduates with the skills they need to start their own businesses.
Shop small this Christmas and support independent makers, with the added bonus of unique gifts to wow your friends and family. The pop-up shop will run from 30 October – 19 December 2024 on the ground floor of London College of Fashion’s East Bank campus, located on Stratford’s Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park.
